Policies

All Orders have a 7-14 business day processing time prior to shipping, all candles are hand poured and have a curing time frame of at least 3-5 days.

I only ship on Monday and Tuesdays of each week. Due to the nature of 100% soy wax; it can melt in high temperatures. To maintain integrity of all candles, we use Priority Mail. This is to ensure boxes with products are not left in extremely hot conditions for days.

If for any reason there is a problem with your product please contact Sassy Scents Candle Company immediately. A replacement or refund can be issued. This policy is same for shipping, if your product is received damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We can discuss replacement or a refund.
